Strip out of existing open plan HR office, Male and Female chief executive toilets and installation of new windows.
HR Office – Installation of new flooring, new office loose furniture, glazed office screen, new doors, new tea prep area, new lighting, decoration throughout, construction of two bespoke seating pods. Design, including that of the seating pods, was provided by JC+P.
Toilets – Installation of new HPL cubicles, IVS panels, sanitary ware, sinks, lighting, vinyl flooring and decoration throughout.
Windows – Removal of old metal framed single glazed windows and replaced with new double glazed aluminium framed windows.
Key Features
- Creation of bespoke seating pods (designed by JC+P) that due to the large size and top floor location had to be fully constructed onsite.
- Installation of new windows on 3rd floor of building in a seaside location.
- All works took place in Grade A listed building.
