Alasdair Rattray

Director - Contracts

Alasdair has been with Clansman Interiors since 1999 and leads the Contracts Department. He is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of client projects, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. With over 25 years of industry experience, Alasdair plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering quality outcomes across a wide range of refurbishment and fit-out projects.

Lisa Marr

Director and Company Secretary

Lisa has been with Clansman Interiors since 1997 and plays a vital role in the day-to-day management of the business. As Director and Company Secretary, she oversees all financial and accounting functions, as well as the administration office, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company. With nearly three decades of experience at Clansman, Lisa provides invaluable support across the business and helps maintain the strong foundations on which the company is built.

John Marshall

Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

John joined Clansman Interiors in 2023 and plays an important role in the commercial success of our projects. As Estimator and Quantity Surveyor, he is responsible for preparing customer tenders, managing project costs, and ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and project teams, John helps deliver accurate pricing, effective cost management, and successful project outcomes.

Chris Arkley

Marketing & Business Development Manager

Chris joined Clansman Interiors in 2026 and is responsible for driving business development and marketing activities across the business. With a strong background in commercial interiors and workplace furniture solutions, he works closely with clients, architects, surveyors, facilities managers, and project teams to develop lasting relationships and deliver practical, high-quality workplace environments. His focus is on understanding client needs and helping them achieve the best possible outcome for their spaces.

David Higgins

Contracts Manager

David has been with Clansman Interiors since 2019 and is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception through to completion. As Contracts Manager, he coordinates subcontractors, manages project programmes, and works closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. David is committed to building strong client relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout every stage of a project.

Gordon Whitelaw

Electrical Supervisor

Gordon joined Clansman Interiors in 2023 and oversees the electrical aspects of our refurbishment and fit-out projects. As a SELECT-accredited electrical professional, he is committed to delivering high standards of safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to specification.

Peter Ferguson

Contracts Co-Ordinator

Peter has been with Clansman Interiors since 2006 and plays a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. As Contracts Co-ordinator, he is responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating site deliveries, and managing supplier relationships to ensure projects are fully supported from start to finish. With extensive industry experience and strong supplier partnerships, Peter helps maintain the high standards of service and reliability that clients expect from Clansman Interiors.
