Supply and installation of Komfort Polar partitioning systems and glazed doors. The Komfort systems that were installed were Komfort Polar 30 single-glazed and Komfort Polar 101 double-glazed.
The Komfort Polar 30 used a mixture of 15mm and 12mm clear toughened heat-soaked glass which gives added strength and reduces the risk of breakage.
The Komfort Polar 101 double-glazed partition used a combination of 14.8 mm and 16.8mm acoustic laminate glass to achieve the high db rating of 53db.
Within both sets of partitions we installed Komfort aluminum door frames along with solid core doors from Forza with laminated finish including stainless steel ironmongery.
A set of Trojan double sliding doors were also installed at the building’s internal entrance. All SER and wind load calculations for these had to be worked out and fed into the appropriate specification.
