Clansman Interiors are very pleased to announce that we have joined the large and growing number of businesses throughout the UK in adopting the Living Wage and are now an accredited Living Wage employer.
The Living Wage is based on the costs of living in the UK and is reviewed and updated on a yearly basis to ensure that employees receive a fair wage for their work.
This is a commitment to our dedicated, valued and skilled staff which includes staff employed directly by Clansman as well as contracted staff and means they will all receive a wage above the UK minimum hourly rate of £8.75 (based on the 2018 rate).
