Project Description

Project – Lomond House, George Square, Glasgow
Project Administrator – Graham and Sibbald Limited
Client – Skills Development Scotland

This combined Strip-out, Reconfiguration, and Fit-out was an interesting mix of products and services.

The Strip-out and Reconfiguration centred around the existing Glazed Partitioning System requiring taking down, re-location and re-fitting to suit the proposed new layout.

A new ‘Printer Area’ was created with Dado Height Walls and Bespoke ‘Air Flakes’.

A new Kitchen consisting of Units with Integrated Appliances, and a feature ‘Glazed Splashback’, various Coloured Pendant Lights, and a Vinyl Plank Flooring System was also provided.

A most striking feature within the project was the fitting of a 28 metre long Black and White Wall Art depicting the Glasgow City Skyline.
